Orphans as a kind of particular social vulnerable groups, their growth and development has attracted extensive attention of government and the society from all walks of life. From the initial and other welfare orphanage give priority to in order to raise the orphan school founded the combination, after the transformation of the pattern made each orphan should not only a study on, and academic. Orphan as our country’s at present biggest special-education schools in Liaoning province, the development of our country to explore and research focus support mode of orphans raising and education has very important value. As to achieve the school education school "the orphan" development goals, looking out for the teaching link with general schools, gradually promoting the balanced development of equality in the orphan’s teaching. To make the most of the orphans in the absence of pre-school education under the background, to lay a solid foundation in primary school, the school seeks a breakthrough in teaching, and in2013-2014academic year (the first half of the semester) take the lead in reform in teaching organization form. Based on this, the article has state the reform and measures, through the form of questionnaire, interview and classroom observation to comparative analysis the before and after reform of teaching. By affirming the achievement of school teaching reform, aim at the problems which should be improved in the teaching, analysis and evaluation systematically.The research results show that after the teaching organization form changes, the teachers and students for the improvement of teaching environment, teaching methods, try to change and teachers’ teaching idea and so on, that has obviously improved than ever before. But at the same time there are some problems, such as content of courses have not suits the student’s ability, teacher’s teaching method needs to improve effectiveness and adaptable, students’ learning habits, lack of normative, and teachers’ lack of school-based teaching research and so on.In order to further improving and completing the orphan school’s teaching, the article has put forward some referential suggestions. On the educational philosophy, establishing" keep paying equal attention to teaching", remodeling "for all the students, for the fact of students", to strengthen the teaching supervision and commitment. In the process of teaching, according to the orphan actual adjust course content, gradual systematic curriculum construction, to realize the development and modification in teaching organization form of innovation.Optimizing teaching methods, pay attention to develop students’ ability. At last, in promoting teachers’ professional quality, asking teachers to consolidate the orphan subject status from teaching idea and teaching activity, develop the teachers’ school-based research ability.
