With the advance of the new curriculum reform, outstanding classroom building become the key successful implementation of new curriculum reform and quality education.In mathematics,the study of mathematics instructional design in our country at present there are a lot of, but study on outstanding mathematics instructional design has almost none. In this paper, in order to39junior high school mathematics outstanding outstanding designed for the sample, research the design framework of junior high school mathematics teaching in the new curriculum standards. I hope the study to help this pre-service and in-service mathematics teachers to create excellent teaching practice, while expected to provide a frame of reference for the study of junior high school mathematics teaching evaluation.This paper studies methods include the literature research, case studies and interviews. Research process is divided into three stages:(1) literature collected, case collected. By combing the relevant literature data collection, in-depth understand the mathematics instructional design;(2) By analyzing the overall framework of the junior high school math excellent teaching design cases, initially clear,"junior high school mathematics teaching design framework" content. Through interviews with experts study to further improve the frame contents;(3) clear "junior high school mathematics teaching design framework" content, form the frame.The study found:(1) junior high school mathematics teaching excellence design contains the following seven sections:analysis of teaching objectives, teaching content analysis (including key and difficult to resolve), learning situation analysis (including teaching problem diagnosis), teaching methods design, teaching media and teaching aids preparation, teaching process design, instructional design reflection;(2) the teaching process design is the core of mathematics instructional design, clear expression to the design intent of every aspect and presentation (teacher-student activities).The innovation of this study are:(1) the study of a sample of the excellent teaching mathematics design is still relatively novel in the country;(2) study proved a framework of middle school mathematics excellent teaching design, in mathematics teachers carrying instructional design activities, and thus enhancing the quality of mathematics teaching, there are specific guidance.
