Every year in our country with a large number of graduates, help and solve thecollege students’ employment is of particular concern for the social from all walks oflife and the government have been major livelihood issues. All aspects of the cause ofsevere employment situation, one of difficult employment as a result of employmentdiscrimination phenomenon is more common in recent years. To eliminate employmentdiscrimination, to establish a fair and orderly employment environment is the necessarycondition to realize peace and stability and harmonious development of society.Employment discrimination include gender discrimination, discrimination of householdregister discrimination, record of formal schooling, experience discrimination and so on.Through the survey found that in many discrimination experience discrimination hasbecome the main bottleneck of many college students employment. If otheremployment discrimination objects are mostly just for a small number of collegestudents, then the experience discrimination is involved in almost all just stepped out ofschool graduates, there is no work experience.Encountered in the process of university students’ employment experiencediscrimination has its particularity. Other types of employment discrimination, such asgender discrimination, household register discrimination, whether the unit of chooseand employ persons refuse to job seekers constitutes discrimination is relatively easy todefine, because of factors such as gender, household registration has nothing to do withpersonal ability to work or work. So thorough researchexperience discrimination is particularly important.This article through the investigation of various kinds of unit of choose and employpersons in the recruitment experience, put forward by the analysis of its rationality,avoid enterprise social responsibility by excessive investigated, damage the interests ofthe enterprise. At the same time, through system analysis on experience discrimination, enable the government to strengthen macro-control role, perfect the relevant laws andregulations; Make the enterprise to set up scientific and rational concept of choose andemploy persons, strengthening social responsibility; Also hope that students can adjuststate of mind, to face its own is not enough, through efforts to constantly improve andimprove themselves.Based on this, this article from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative study onthe issue. First of all, the paper puts forward a basic hypothesis, which holds thatexperience discrimination has its rationality. Then through to the enterprise and collegestudents questionnaire, set different indicators, quantitative research is the presence ofthe impact of work experience on college students’ employment. Enterprise points outthat the college students in many aspects has more obvious weakness, more willing touse as a result of this is the main reason for the employees to have some workingexperience, further illustrate the rationality of the enterprise put forward experiencerequirements. Secondly, according to the results of the investigation and analysis ofpresent situation of experience discrimination and its negative influence and elaboratesthe positive role, from the Angle of two different experience discrimination to know.Then, by applying the theory of discrimination becker preference to economic analysisof experience discrimination, discover and explain its internal causes, and no experienceof college students have natural attached cost is the primary cause of enterpriseexperience discrimination. Finally, based on this, the government, enterprises, collegesand universities, and puts forward a comprehensive college students themselves,targeted countermeasures and Suggestions, and give full play to mobilize all aspects of apositive role, as much as possible to alleviate the pressure of the labor relations and theemployment of college students.
