Organizational Management And Control System Optimization Reserach Of ZY Education&Training Institutions

With the fast development of Chinese private education and training institutions in past10years, China’s private education, especially primary and secondary private education institutions have been experiencing a decade of development and prosperity. Now some large-sized national primary and secondary tutoring schools such as New Oriental and TAL Education Group have developed into listed companies, and there are more small and medium sized regional training institutions like Beststudy in a leading position in the South China. With the continuous development and expansion of the business, its management and early functions of the organization has have been unable to meet the needs of strategic development and operational management. For this reason, ZY needs to optimize its organization management and control system. This thesis tends to study the causes of organizational management and control system optimization in ZY education and training institution the implementation, and and measures taken to ensure the implementation.This paper investigated and analyzed from internal and external environments to identify the factors which existed before year of2011in ZY education and training institution’s organizational management and control system which is not suitable for the current development. According to the basic organization and strategic management theory, we make a full range of analysis on organizational management and control system optimization in ZY Education and Training Institutions from the perspective of the value chain.The author participated in the design and promoted the implementation, analyzed and summarized the achievement made by ZY through the system optimization.Through design, promotion and implementation of the whole process of optimization reserach of the organizational management and control system, we identify various problems existed in ZY education and training institutions and find out the solutions ccording to the full range of research and comparative analysis. It also provides for other similar private education and training institutions in China a guideline on management and control system optimizing and offers to them possibilities for upgrade and transformation of their managing.
