Research On Classroom Teaching Management In Private Elementary Education And Training Institutions

With the rapid development of economy,people's consumption level is gradually increasing,and the gradual increase of consumption level also promotes the consumption of education.More and more people realize the importance of education,people's demand for education is growing.As an important part of our country's education,private education has developed rapidly in this situation.As an important part of private education,private education and training institutions play an irreplaceable role in improving students' learning ability and meeting their learning needs.The quality of education in private education and training institutions has become the focus of people's attention,in order to ensure the quality of education,improve the social status of private education and training institutions,we must strengthen the management of classroom teaching.Classroom teaching management plays an irreplaceable role in realizing teaching goals and improving the quality of classroom teaching.Influenced by the modern concept of education,many parents think that their children's education should start from a young age,so this paper mainly studies the classroom teaching management of private primary education training institutions.The most important core part of educational activities is the education of people.Classroom is an important place to educate people,classroom teaching is an important work in the classroom,in order to make classroom teaching smooth and efficient,we must carry out effective classroom teaching management.Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the teacher-centered classroom teaching management style is undergoing great changes,the new curriculum reform emphasizes the main position of students,in this context,teachers and students have been liberated.Because of the important position of classroom teaching management in classroom teaching,how to carry out classroom teaching management effectively has become the most worrying problem for teachers.This paper mainly through the student questionnaire and teacher interview seeking to understand the classroom teaching management problems of private primary education training institutions,mainly from the teacher's teaching concept,teaching design,teaching evaluation and other aspects of the study and analysis of the private primary education training institutions of classroom teaching management.The study found that the classroom teaching management problems of private primary education training institutions mainly include: influenced by the traditional concept of "dignity of teachers",backward thinking of running schools,old ideas of teachers,rigid teaching design,single evaluation methods,etc.,and put forward strategies to improve classroom teaching management in view of the problems in classroomteaching management.There are mainly people-oriented classroom teaching: to love people,respect the main position of students,promote the overall development of students: change the classroom management style: guide students self-management,pay attention to students psychological management: students participate in the teaching process: students evaluate multiple orientation: evaluation of the subject of diversity,evaluation standards: thus strengthening classroom teaching management,Improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
