Study On The Urban Community Governance

Along with economic and social development, China’s urban grass-roots social management system is gradually from the system unit to the community system.Disintegration of unit system means that the enterprises and institutions lost the function of social management. A part of the government’s social management function began to transfer to community so that community will increasingly have to take a lot of administrative services and the provision of community services. Therefore, the community has become the center of various social problems and contradictions. Currently, community building is still in the stage of development of our country, there are many systems are not yet mature. It will be of great importance to explore the urban community governance issues to promote the comprehensive development of economy and society in China.From the perspective of the urban community governance of view, the current situation and problems of urban community governance were analyzed on the basis of combing current domestic and foreign community governance theory and practice. This paper is based on the community governance "U+B structure" theory, elaborated the domestic and foreign community governance mode of practice and experience, analyses the present situation of community governance in China. The author puts forward the problem of city community governance in our country and the countermeasures to improve community governance in china.This paper expects to analyze specific issues under the jurisdiction of the community through the Wenyi Road Subdistrict Office so that the present situation and problems of community governance in our country have a more intuitive understanding. The author uses the "U+B structure" theoretical analysis in the same area of two different types of community--the unit community and non unit community and describes the current situation of the community governance, putting forward the development strategy and governance mode for the communities of the Wenyi Road Subdistrict Office.
