Tao xingzhi is a great educationist of our country,his educational thought and theory originate from his educational practice,showing scientific foresight and highly innovative.Tao xingzhi's educational thoughts of "life is education","society is school"and "unity of teaching and doing" still have reference and inspiration value for today's kindergarten education.The idea of "unity of teaching and doing" is like a crisscroting network,which has very important guiding significance for the play of the leading role of teachers,the establishment of children's subject status and the cultivation of children's operational ability.Through teachers'teaching,children's learning and doing,interlocking,can let children form a systematic knowledge system,improve children's comprehensive quality and comprehensive ability.However,at present,domestic and foreign scholars take "teaching as one" type kindergarten education as the model to explore and practice is not deep.Based on this,it is necessary to integrate the mode of"teaching and doing" into the educational activities of kindergartens,and conduct experiments and researches on the operation of the mode,so as to provide theoretical guidance and practical guidance for the cultivation of children's hands-on ability.The introduction explains the reason,research significance,research status and methods.The text introduces the theoretical sources related to "unity of teaching and doing" and explains its ontological connotation.The questionnaire and interview methods were used to investigate teachers'understanding of the idea of "unity of teaching and doing" and the current situation of children's hands-on ability.Analyses the thoughts of the unity of teaching to do in the early childhood education activities using the realistic demand and its important value,can cultivate children's hands-on ability,self-care ability,self-expression ability,language expression ability,communication cooperation ability,to highlight the young children's main body status,arouse children's interest in learning,teachers play the leading role;The key part of this paper is the application of the idea of"unity of teaching and doing" in kindergarten educational activities.This part introduces the principle,specific process and main methods of applying the idea of "unity of teaching and doing" in practice combined with teaching cases."Teaching" to combine with practice,children's knowledge learning and ability of teaching,teachers must comply with the children's nature,expounds the in scientific inquiry activities,teachers'daily management,art,creative activities,language learning activities,games,activities and methods to improve children's ability to operate,for the effectiveness of the education activities to provide a beneficial attempt.
