With the economic globalization and the acceleration of the spreading process of education, more and more people are choosing to study abroad or further study. Learning a foreign language is a requirement for international exchanges and diversified culture communications which also contributes to the internationalization of China’s education trends to some extent. The first chapter of this paper is an introduction which mainly elaborates some research background, research significance, literature review and research methods; The second chapter explains the bilingual education and the development process; The third chapter is the feedback of a case study survey which is conducted in Changsha Changjun Bilingual Experimental School; The fourth chapter proposes the countermeasures and thinking by taking reference of domestic and overseas research results as the basis and also combines the newest examination reforms of English entrance exam for high schools and colleges.The research shows that bilingual teaching practices of language discipline develop continuously, but the segment of practical activities in bilingual teaching practices of non-linguistic disciplines are still very weak. Bilingual education management in Junior high school must also have the appropriate changes and breakthroughs for the purpose of adapting to the latest reforms of English entrance exam for high schools and colleges to the maximum extent. The school leaders should lead the staff to adjust mentality and also change the psychology of being afraid of difficulties and to expand the bilingual teaching disciplines within the scope of the ability and also launch various activities of bilingual themes. The schools with allowed conditions allow can launch international communication activities boldly on the basis of successful cases such as various overseas studies and visits as well as real experiences of overseas classes etc. The final goal is to improve the practicability of language and enable the normalization of the bilingual teaching.
