Understand the various types of adaptability to high school students mainly transition of our initial in bad environmental adaptation, interpersonal adaptation, psychological adaptation, learning adaptation of four states. Through the analysis of these poor adaptability are the main causes of youth transition from self cognitive immaturity, emotion management ability is poor; changes in high school teaching content, teaching methods in the big stage; the family lacks the effective communication,"heart left behind phenomenon"; social support mechanism is not sound for four reasons. Combined with case and experience of my education, to a detailed analysis of some poor adaptability to high school students, from the students themselves, school, society, family of four points for cultivating students "sound personality, psychological counseling, strengthening teachers, classroom building, love to carry out practical education, parents of school construction, perfect the social support mechanism six countermeasures.
