The second condition is that schools and society should work together to improve the external environment of Chinese study, such as society should pay attention to the Chinese subject publicly, schools should pay attention to the Chinese subject in action, parents should take part in Chinese course construction actively. Finally, it talks about the developmental strategies of the Chinese subject. First, the subject objective should include improving Chinese accomplishment and test scores simultaneously.
