Chinese claim to be an education superpower, especially after the reform and opening up, Chinese education has made great development in a period of change, the end of last century and the beginning of this century,following the completion of China’s higher education college enrollment university admissions large merger and reorganization major change, in the meantime, China’s basic education across the country to achieve a universal nine-year compulsory Education history feat. Although Chinese education has made many remarkable achievements in the development of transformation, there are many problems. In particular the primary and secondary school teachers’ work burden in the stage of basis compulsory education have not been solved, some schools teachers study this paper burden, and hopes to get the current workload of the Chinese authorities on social education Teachers concerns seriously, and the presence of primary and secondary teachers workload issues have been effectively resolved.S town is an ordinary rural town in Mid-west China, S town’s teachers’ workload and midwest primary and secondary teachers in under-development areas in midwest China have the same background causes of the problem, have common ground, there are also differences between different sex, except that the workload of primary and secondary school teachers in the severity of the problem.
