This paper in Shan xi Provincerural education difficulties as the background, in order to solve the main problems faced bythe teachers as the research target and the object,with the guidance of the rural teachersteam construction methodology, from the Angle of history and reality in the cause of theproblem,Tried to solve the rural teachers’ team Shan xi Province facing the main problems,and promote the all-round development of rural teachers, for the rural education out of apoor power.I through the questionnaire investigation, a large number of practical researchactivities, To carry on a various description and the existing problems and analysis of thepresent situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers in shanxi. Use the dataanalysis treatment of problems mainly from the rural teachers’ preparation, discipline,degree structure, teachers ability level,The results show that prepare equipped with is notreasonable,discipline, degree structure is not reasonable, teaching ability level is not high,teachers’ pay is low. Also show the reason of the problems perspective.The ruralteachers of reform did not reach the designated position, rural primary and secondary school teachers training institutions can’t keep up with the development of rural newform,existing hysteresis quality, education funds nervous, business outstanding backboneteachers erosion, lack of effective campus training. These factors of rural teachers’ teachingability average level is low, the lack of government’s input cause rural teachers made lowtreatment. According to the rural primary and secondary school teachers present actualsituation, in solving rural teachers are confronted with problems of counter measures, Ireference a large number of scholars’ research, puts forward the construction of ruralteachers for the solution to the problem. Such as reasonable rural primary and secondaryschool teachers and staff, the perfect rural teachers’ employment system to establish andperfect the rational flow of rural teachers prepare, vigorously develop the independenttraining, to build teacher treatment security system, etc. To make sure that rural teacherswill improve the overall quality, speed up the construction of rural teachers’ professionallevel.
