With the further operation of new curriculum reform, it’s particularly important to set up the new education concept and build up a new mode of teaching research which can promote the growth of teacher and student. Teachers’quality has been emphasized as a crucial factor for the implementation of innovation. This paper has attempted to find out a way for teachers’improvement.This paper is divided into four parts. The contents are summarized as follows:The first part introduces the definition of teacher’s cooperation and theory analysis. Teachers’cooperation is an activity created for promoting teacher’s professional growth and student’s overall development. Basis in professional skills over education, teachers make it a harmonious, resource-shared and highly dependence one. Organizing Culture, Sociology and Psychology Culture provide theoretical support. Teacher’s cooperation meets the requirement of new curriculum reform of elementary education, teachers’ career development and students’ overall development.The second part analyzes the problems of teachers’cooperation. They are: handling the relationship of competition and cooperation incorrectly; appearing weak atmosphere and low collaboration while cooperating; becoming a mere formality.The third part shows the causes of teachers’ cooperation. The causes are: hyper-competitive among teachers, negative influence of campus culture, out-of-date system for teacher evaluation and motivation, short of cooperative skills and platform.The forth part summarizes the ways to promote teachers’ cooperation. They are: designing an effective incentive mechanism; building up a great atmosphere and an excellent campus culture; improving the developing teacher evaluation system; building a cooperative teaching group.
