In today’s world, the guiding ideology of teacher education reform is tostrengthen education theory and practice of education combined. Educational practiceis linked bond theory and practice, is leading the future teachers into key areas ofexpertise, but also to train future teachers’ professional competence importantintermediary, Therefore, future teachers should adopt the practice of the entire processof training mode, should highlight the practical training. However, China’s traditionalpractice of pre-service teachers training mode, but there is such a problem: Excellentteacher training practice time is short and a mere formality, making the theory andpractice of training of teacher education can cultivate effective convergence andintegration, can not effectively develop high-quality excellent teachers. Therefore, thisarticle attempts to solve this problem from a theoretical level, and then discusses thepractice of excellent teachers throughout the training mode. Structurally, this paperconsists of an introduction and four chapters. Introduction, discusses the backgroundand significance of current research topics and research methods; the first chapterfrom systems theory, teacher specialization theory, constructivist learning theory andpractice theory of Marxism describes the theoretical basis of four levels of excellencethroughout the practice teacher training model; the second chapter discusses theconcept of excellence throughout the practice teacher training model, features andcomparison with the traditional educational practice training mode; the third chapterdiscusses the U.S."professional development schools" model, THE BRITISH"school-based" educational practice training mode, THE GERMAN "two-stage" Practicaltraining model of education, teachers’ practical training model in Japan andinspiration to us; the chapter IV training objectives, practical courses and qualityassurance system to construct excellent teacher training throughout the three modes ofpractice。...
