| For the teachers'training, it is significant and has great effects on increasing the disposition of the whole secondary vocational teachers, optimizing the team of teachers, improving the quality of vocational education, and pushing the vocational education keep sustainable and healthy development. Therefore, it is necessary to develop studiously the secondary vocational teachers'training. Though great achievements have been made in secondary vocational teachers'training, problems like unenlightened training logos, unreasonable training schedule, and lack of training efficiency have emerged increasingly obvious. They make low efficiency on the secondary vocational teachers'training and restrict the development of vocational education, so we must find and search new and better secondary vocational teachers'training mode.Currently, modern enterprises'perfect systematic training mode theory and experience have strong guide to the secondary vocational teachers'training mode. For example, they focus on the practicability of contents and multiplicity of training. So, the author introduced the enterprise systemic training mode into secondary vocational teachers'training, proposed the basic model of the secondary vocational teachers'training based on the survey to teachers in secondary vocational school, and at the same time constructed the secondary vocational training mode systemically. I hope it can provide some valuable information or reference for the relevant department to promote the development of vocational education.The first part was to suggest that it is certainly necessary to update the training mode and strengthen secondary vocational teachers'training based on study relevant researches. In the second part, the author established the theoretical basis of this research through illustrating teachers'professional development theory, the adult learning theory and the theory of professional development. It will be good to provide a substantial theoretical principle. In the third part, the author analyzed the existent problems and causes in training through survey, which related to training cost, training requirement, training format and training organization. In the fourth part, the author reviewed theories on enterprises'systematic training mode through theoretical analysis and empirical study. Then, it summarized the successful training experience of the enterprise I worked to provide some valuable information or reference for the relevant mode construction. The fifth part was to solve the problem. Firstly, the author proposed the training targets and constructive principles, then designed secondary vocational teachers'training model and described the relationship among every part. At last the author constructed the secondary vocational teachers'training system which includes cultural system, organizational system and running system. This mode has advantages such as better standardized process and comprehensive evaluating system in training quality. Finally, it summarized the main idea, listed the main limitation of this paper and gave some suggestions for further studies. |
