The Research On The Training Mode Of The Excellent Kindergarten Teachers In The Enterprise Owned Kindergarten

Since the relevant departments of education of China formally promulgated the "Excellent Teacher Training Program" in October,2014, the research on training excellent teachers has been carried out by all levels of education administration departments, colleges and researchers. The systematic training system which covers from kindergarten teachers to university teachers has been proposed one after another. But, the relevant research emphasis more on construction of the training system for the primary and middle school teachers. The theory especially focuses on excellent kindergarten teacher training system has not been perfect yet. Besides, whether these theories could get the desired effect during actual operation has not yet been proved by practicing.By introducing and analyzing the research achievement from the relevant research on excellent kindergarten teacher training from domestic and overseas, according to actual of the domestic kindergarten education, especially according to the special situation of the enterprises owned kindergartens, this article has proposed a "Trinity" training model by combing country, Baotou city and enterprises together to training the excellent teachers from the enterprises owned kindergartens. The training model not only definite the training target for the excellent teachers from the enterprises owned kindergartens, but also expounds the training contents. Finally, by combing the realities from all sides, this article has made the evaluation standard for the excellent teachers from the enterprises owned kindergartens, so that during the procedure of the enterprises owned kindergartens training their teachers, they will have the methods to follow and the standard to observe.The training model proposed by this article has been proved by practicing an operation in the Baotou Steel owned kindergartens. It has achieved good results, and proved to have very strong operability. It has reference significance for the domestic enterprises owned kindergarten's excellent teacher training, from theory to actual practice.
