With the new curriculum reform, teachers’ curriculum power hasbeen paid more and more attention. The implementation of teachers’ curriculumpower is not only an important manifestation of the democratization of education butalso an essential condition to improve the teacher’s curriculum practice ability,initiative and mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, and promote the personaldevelopment of students. However, due to the influence of various factors, thecurriculum power status of primary and secondary school teachers is notoptimistic, first manifested in the lack of understanding of curriculum power; on theother hand, primary and secondary school teachers to obtain and use the curriculumpower intensity is not enough. Therefore, it has important significance in theory andpractice to do some research work on curriculum power of primary and secondaryschool teachers.The paper takes the present situation of curriculum power on the primary andsecondary school teachers in Dezhou as the research object. Firstly, the paperintroduces the background and significance of the study, summarizes the researchsituation about the power of curriculum of primary and secondary school teachers athome and abroad, expounds the connotation, the features, the source and thestructure of the education curriculum power, and introduces the significance of it.Secondly, taking Dezhou district school teachers as the research object, on the basisof the questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes the present situation of curriculumpower of teachers in primary and middle schools of Dezhou district, and analyzes themain problems and the attribution of curriculum power of primary and secondaryschool teachers in Dezhou district. On this basis, the paper analyses the reasons whyit faces so many difficulties to realize the curriculum power of primary andsecondary school teachers. Finally, starting from the national level, school level, teacher level and the parents of the students, the paper puts forward somecountermeasures for solving the problem of curriculum power of primary andsecondary school teachers, in order to realize the power of curriculum of primary andsecondary school teachers.
