The primary and secondary school’s educational science research is one of the significantway to improve the education quality and the teacher’s specialization.The rural primary andsecondary educational science research has always been in a frail situation, it eagers toimprove and strengthen. Working on the problems and countermeasures of rural primary andsecondary educational science research do have actual and practical meaning.Through research the relevant literature data, and using the literature research methods、survey research methods to make a study of the rural primary and secondary school’seducational science research.It refers to the teachers’ attainment of educational scienceresearch、the developing situation of the rural primary and secondary school’s educationalscience research、the management of the rural primary and secondary school’s educationalscience research、exchange and cooperation etc. Through the research, the writer intends toarouse the attention of relevant department and researchers, and also develop the ruralprimary and secondary school’s educational science research.The current situation of the rural primary and secondary school’s educational scienceresearch is: the rural teachers’ sense of educational science research is improving; theeducational science research is going on well; the management of the educational scienceresearch is changing better. The relevant arrange regime is imperfection, the supervising and performing isundemanding.
