"Compulsory education primary school science curriculum teaching standards" clearly put forward: that the overall goal of primary school science curriculum is to cultivate students' scientific literacy.Experimental teaching is an important part of primary school science teaching and plays an important role in cultivating students' scientific literacy.However,due to the geographical environment,economy,faculty and other factors,rural primary school science experiment teaching has not been given due attention.Therefore,this study takes this as the starting point,analyzes the prominent problems existing in rural primary school science experiment teaching,and puts forward countermeasures,which is of great significance for improving the scientific literacy of rural primary school students.Based on the previous research,this study comprehensive utilize literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview survey and classroom observation.Taking the three rural primary schools in Panjin as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of science experiment teaching in primary schools and finds that the current situation of Rural primary school science experiment teaching has problems such as insufficient attention,boring teaching content,inappropriate teaching methods,lack of teaching evaluation,weak teacher ability,inadequate laboratory construction and irregular standardization.And then paper analyzes the reasons from the following aspects: rural primary schools get greatly influenced by the traditional education concept,rural primary school science teachers have insufficient development of experimental teaching content,rural primary school science teachers lack modern teaching concepts,rural primary schools have not yet formed a complete primary school scientific experimental teaching evaluation mechanism,rural primary school science teachers have a poor working environment,and rural primary schools have insufficient investment in laboratories.Finally,the author puts forward the related solutions.For example,changing education ideas,attaching great attention to experimental teaching,utilizing resources,innovateexperimental teaching contents,applying advanced teaching concepts,improving experimental teaching methods,perfect assessment mechanism,cultivating students' scientific literacy,combining supplement with training,strengthening the construction of teachers,uniting investment with development,optimizing the allocation of scientific experiments in primary schools and other related strategies.Primary school science experiment teaching has important significance for the improvement of students' scientific literacy and the cultivation of innovative ability.It is hoped that this study can provide a little help and references for the experimental teaching of first-line primary school science teachers.
