Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Filial Piety Education In Junior Middle School Students

Filial piety, which plays an important role in Chinese traditional culture, is the treasure of Chinese culture. Filial piety, is the foundation of morality and the basis of ethics and morality of Chinese. The education of filial piety is the core of the moral education and the foundation of other moral education. The education of filial piety has profound meaning on cultivating sound personality and enhancing ideological and ethical standards of middle school students, which is also important to build a socialist harmonious society. At present, with the rapidity of population aging process in China, the problem of how to provide for the aged is more prominent. So it is necessary to carry forward the traditional filial piety. But with the further development of reform and opening-up and the influence of western decadent ideas, filial piety education of middle school students are facing more and more challenges. To strengthen the filial piety education of middle school students is a task which brooks no delay.With author’s professional knowledge, under the guidance of instructors and takes the moral lesson in junior middle school as the carrier, this paper mainly studies the education of filial piety according to the questionnaire survey. It analyzes the problems about the filial piety education, including that people do not understand it enough, people think highly of the filial piety but do not act, class teaching can be improved and so on. It also analyzes the reasons which caused the above problems by combining the reality. The reasons includes the disadvantages of examination-oriented education, the content of the textbook is poor and the filial piety education does not get along with the environment. Based on those, the author puts forward to the basic principles to strengthen education of filial piety for junior middle school students’ideological and moral teaching, discusses the specific measures to strengthen the education of filial piety, such as enhancement of effect on class teaching, combination knowing filial piety with doing, and provides some references and suggestions for strengthening the education of junior middle school students’ideological and moral education teaching.
