Professional teachers are the leading part in the secondary vocational school education.High quality professional teachers team is not only the key for to achieving its goals, but alsoto running its education features. As professional teachers in secondary vocational school,their main task is to impart professional technical knowledge to students by teaching, to guidestudents’ professional practice and to provide some career guidance for them. So professionalteachers are very crucial to the growth of students and the developing of their vocationalabilities. Furthermore,they are the direct factor for secondary vocational school that affectswhether the school can cultivate qualified applied and skilled talents or not. In spite of theintroduction of “Secondary Vocational School Teachers’ Professional Standard”, there is nonewho puts forward the practical evaluation standard of teachers. Nowadays, the quality of theprofessional teachers is different in most secondary vocational school. And in the view of theactual situation of secondary vocational school, it is very profound for us to create a set ofscientific and reasonable secondary vocational teachers’ evaluation standards according to ourcountry’s related educational policy regulations.This paper makes the secondary vocational teachers’ evaluation standards as the researchtarget, combines the current existing researches home and abroad, and regards the theories ofteachers specialization, working motivation and distinctive evaluation as the foundation. Bysummarizing those above, the author compiles the existing secondary vocational teachers’evaluation standard of various provinces, analyzes the problems of the current secondaryvocational professional teachers’ evaluation standard in terms of the survey result of theteachers’ situation. Both according to the need of secondary vocational teachers’ developmentand the demand of the domestic policy regulations, and obeying to scientific and operationalmaxims, this paper preliminarily create some specific evaluation standards with current ability,which regard knowledge and skills,teaching ability,management communication, scientificresearch and innovation, and reflection and evaluation as the five first class indicators andfurthermore regards education knowledge, vocational background knowledge,subjectknowledge,professional skills,teaching preparation and so on as the fourteen second classindicators.Besides, this paper makes a list of main observation points according to every second class indicators, which offers reference to the creation of secondary vocationalprofessional teachers evaluation standard in our country.Finally, in the conclusion part, the paper objectively puts forward the shortness of thisresearch, hopefully providing an further outlook of the relevant research.
