In modern society, education is increasingly becoming a hot issue of social concern, howto do a good job of education, especially in the primary school stage, how to give children laythe foundation, develop their good habits and moral character is a major concern of parentsand teachers.In the traditional concepts of education, education is the teacher to teach children tolisten. Parents and family who seldom participate in teaching activities, the child returnedhome, parents are concerned about is what to eat? What to drink? For the study, most of thetime is asking, or wait until after the test according to the results to determine the children’sperformance at school is excellent. These problems in the modern philosophy of education,more and more prominent, most suitable for parents to recognize, this is not a very good ideaof education. Parents are the first teachers of the children, and also the lifelong teacher. Ignorethe important role of parents in the foundation stage of education, equal to off the arm, so nowthe basic education, especially primary school education, we should pay more attention to theimportant role of parents in education, we open the door, the parents came into the classroom,welcomed into our school activities, to let the parents, teachers, children com., acomprehensive, warm environment of education for children.Establishment of efficient home school cooperation, let teachers and parents throughdaily communication, connection to further grasp the child at this stage of the learning state;the establishment of parent schools and parents Committee, church confused parents, how toget along with children, the direction from which to start to pay attention to children’s learning,while providing communication experiences place for parents children, let the teacher, parents,school became a community.In this study, the Shijiazhuang School of Foreign Languages’s parents to participate inschool management as the study case, through the investigation and study the reference case,further understanding of parents’ participation in the current situation of school management,discover the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, so as toreally play the role of parents’ participation in school management, which is the organiccombination of family education and school education, promote students to grow up healthyand happy.
