Research On The Current Situation And Effective Management Of Primary School Parent Committees

The Parent Committee is the representative of all the parents of students,participates in the democratic management of the school,plays a role in supporting and supervising the school's education work,and is a bridge and link for communication and cooperation between home and school.As a mass autonomous organization,the parent committee is an important part of school operation and management,and it has an important position in the modern school system.The effective operation of the primary school parent committee can integrate and coordinate social education resources,supervise the development of education and teaching standards,and the ultimate goal is to protect the interests of students and cultivate talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,and labor for the country and society.This thesis takes the operation status and effective management of the parent committees of primary schools as the research object.It takes 470 members of the parent committees of 6 primary schools in S District of Qingdao City as the survey sample,and conducts in-depth interviews with the parents,committee members,head teachers and schools of these six schools.The person in charge of the parent committee can grasp the survey data of the current status of the parent committee of the elementary school.Based on the survey results,the researcher conducted a specific analysis of the advantages,problems,and causes of the operation of the parent committee of elementary schools in S District.The analysis found that the advantages of the parent committee of S district are: it is led by an excellent parent committee;the parent committee becomes the right-hand man in class management;the work of the parent committee has opened up a new phase;it has become the magic weapon for parent satisfaction.The main problems are: the development of the parent committee is not balanced;the parent committee is not standardized;the function of the parent committee is weak;the internal organization and management ability of the parent committee needs to be improved.At the same time,this thesis uses the subject analysis method to deeply excavate the reasons behind the operation problems of the parent committee.Finally,this thesis mainly starts from the country should establish and improve the legal system to ensure strong protection;schools should dare to empower and implement measures;the parent committee should clarify responsibilities and improve the ability to propose specific solutions in three aspects.
