Vocational education is one of China’s four education systems, refers to the access toeducation of occupational knowledge, skills, and professional ethics education for societyeducation technology professionals at all levels. With the development of times, vocationaleducation experienced glory, recession, revive and many stages around the demand forprofessional talents for social development, the reform of vocational education for many yearshas been committed to the personnel training mode and curriculum system, teaching methods,assessment and other aspects of reform, aims to develop a satisfying career people.Entering the new century,"employment-oriented, capacity-oriented" notion of secondaryvocational education in school policy. However, the characteristics of secondary vocationaleducation are not obvious. It shows as: the employment guidelines is only on arrival at thetheoretical level; ability-oriented education idea has not got into teaching processes; Coursesystem is not perfect, mainly primary knowledge of teaching remains traditional textbookcontent, not completely rid of subject education model and teaching reform of vocationaleducation is imminent.Teaching reform in vocational schools is an important part of the curriculum reform. Thecurriculum system construction of vocational education is particularly important. Only todevelop a curriculum system like “student-oriented, teacher-assisted” can align with thepractical situation of today’s vocational education; can effectively contribute to thedevelopment of vocational education in China. In teaching activities, teacher become guideand mentor, students become the main parts of study; give full play to their initiative andenthusiasm to learn and promote "make me learn" into "I want to learn", and to develop thestudents ’ comprehensive quality.The purpose of this research is designed to address problems in the curriculum system ofsecondary vocational education, innovative curriculum system of computer networktechnology specialty in secondary vocational school, to stimulate students ’ interest in learning,and promote the development of secondary vocational education.This research used some methods such as literature, case studies, questionnaires, etc.Throughout the research process, by means of looking up the documents and materials aboutthe vocational education course system construction and collecting some information aboutcomputer course to learn about the research in this field, which provided a theoretical basisfor this research, makes the research more scientific and rational as possible. This researchsubject is a case study of computer network technology specialty in Hebei Economy andManagement School. Through the research of curriculum system construction on computernetwork technology in our school, explore actively working process systematization ofimplementation in computer network technology specialty course system, inadequate summary during the construction of curriculum system in a timely manner, learn, enhancemeaning. To illustrate the working process systematization of the curriculum system is betteradapted to the students in the secondary vocational school, this research conducted aquestionnaire survey to the students whose class implemented the curriculum reform, and theresults further illustrate the need of curriculum reform and effectiveness.Based on the concept of describing working process systematization course system, andmade the curriculum system construction as principal part, this study provided a detailedanalysis of the curriculum construction about computer network technology specialty insecondary vocational school; researched and quested the computer network technologyspecialty curriculum system in our school.This paper is divided into five chapters. It exposits the theoretical and practicalinstruction of curriculum system on the working process systematization construction fromfive aspects.Chapter I analyses that: the problems in the current course system of computer networktechnology specialty in secondary vocational schools; the significance of topics selection andresearch perspectives; and the research methods used.Chapter II discusses the working process systematization course system from researchsituation, definition; and features and development of curriculum system construction.Chapter III is based on personnel training objectives, through more than10years’working experience of teaching supervisory work and the research of computer networktechnology curriculum system, the author summed up with "working processsystematization" of curriculum system. To build systematic work process course system isintroduced in this chapter.In accordance with the working process systematization of the curriculum requirements,the chapter IV combined with teaching practice, exposited the computer network technologyspecialty curricular system in our school from the identification of study field, theestablishment of the course outlines, the choice of teaching materials, the process assessment,and the usage of teaching methods, etc.In the chapter V, the author summed up the experience of the work which is engaged inthe construction of curriculum system, extracted the achievement and challenges of thecurriculum system construction, and hoped to share with the fellows who is doing thecurriculum reform.
