Mathematics is one of the most important courses students accept ed-ucation learning mathematics can not only cultivate students’ logical thinking ability, space imagination ability,judgment ability and ability to solve problems, but also help to improve the comprehensive quality of students. But now the students of mathemati-cs learning is not great, there are more or less some mental health problems in mathe-matical learning, and now most mathematics teachers only day in and day out, year a-fter year, mathematics curriculum, rarely to study students in learning mathematics p-sychological characteristics, in the course of time,students have a great fear of mathe-matics will, so hate math, this is not conducive to the classroom teaching, is not con-ducive to the development of students physical and mental health.As a high school mathematics teacher, we should consider such a question:inmat-hematics teaching, how to stimulate the student’s mental efficiency, to maximize the improvement of the quality of classroom teaching and the teaching effect. At present, under the influence of traditional values, mathematics teacher whether there exist som-e problems in the teaching idea and teaching method.
