People's sense of belonging is a kind of the full range of physiological and psychological needs. The performance in the sense of belonging of preschool teachers is the teachers'link themselves with the kindergarten; feel acknowledged and accepted by the kindergarten, it comprehensively embodies the recognition of preschool teachers, attachment, hopes and involvement. The belonging of preschool teachers is a reflection of the teachers and kindergarten intimate relationship, it can effectively regulate the behavior of teachers, leads the teachers combine the development of kindergarten with themselves, and it can also stable the teachers'team and be the key to improve the quality of kindergarten education.The main purpose of this investigation is to grasp the current situation of preschool teachers'sense of belonging in Wuhan and its main influence factors. It used the questionnaire method and interview method, investigated 213 preschool teachers in Wuhan and discovered some valuable conclusions by means of statistical methods such as descriptive analysis,T—test, analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis:1?Preschool teachers'sense of belonging in Wuhan is higher than the average level, and it has significant differences in age, teaching experience, work time in kindergarten,degree,the properties of kindergarten, authorized size,title,post,domiciliary, register of the teachers. The sense of belonging of preschool teachers aged over 30 is significantly higher than that of aged under the age of 25,the sense of belonging of teachers less than 5 years'teaching experience is significantly lower than other stages of teachers, the sense of belonging of teachers who has worked in the kindergarten in 11—15years is significantly higher than other phases, the sense of belonging of preschool teachers who are Bachelors is significantly higher than other degrees, the sense of belonging of preschool teachers who work in public kindergarten is significantly higher than private kindergarten, the preschool teachers who has the firstly primary is higher than other teachers, the sense of belonging of preschool who are the research group leaders or the administrators is significantly higher than other teachers, the sense of belonging of local preschool teachers is higher than the non—native teachers.2?the differences of the sense of belonging of the kindergarten in different genders and class is not obvious.3?The sense of belonging of preschool teachers is influenced by the environment of the kindergarten, the management of the kindergarten, interpersonal relationship, professional identity, teachers' personal factors and the external social factors. In the results of the test, the environment of the kindergarten, the management of the kindergarten and professional identity gone into the multiple regression model, so in the main factors of the sense of belonging of preschool teachers, the management of the kindergarten plays the most significant role, professional identity second, and the environment of the kindergarten in the third, the other two factors are not significant.The preschool teachers' sense of belonging has an important value for the kindergarten, from the reality of teachers; this study advances four aspects to improve the preschool teachers' sense of belonging: insight into teachers' needs; pay attention to improve the art of management; improve the teachers'professional identity and improve the environment construction.
