Some researches show that from the our country the researchers on sports team, highcohesion can promote the performance of the team project team ability. We also inference froma considerable amount of research data, the cohesion and the causation of success, because theteam’s continuous success, team cohesion stronger, not just the high level of cohesion capacityperformance and team success. Sports there are many ways to improve team cohesion and thepurpose of this paper is to through skills cheerleading training to explore skills cheerleadingtraining of sports team cohesion and role, and the influence of revealing skills cheerleading thisproject compared with other sports reflect the advantage of place, hope will skills cheerleadingtraining as a training method can be used to improve the team cohesion. Introducing the uniqueway of training skills cheerleading training to the college students’ team construction, the key isto improve college students’ team cohesion, and verified in the teaching experiments, in order toin teamwork, team cooperation, team willpower, centripetal force, improve the teamatmosphere, etc.This researches is an empirical study, using the literature material method,experimental method, observation method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Through the computer retrieval and manual retrieval to consult the relevant information ofmore than64papers. And online access to the super star digital library, books are: sportspsychology, organizational behavior, exercise psychology, sports psychology, the2010-2013national cheerleading competition rules, such as books, which provides the theoretical basis ofthis study; Experimental method is the most important research methods, the study of which iscollege DLJ skills cheerleading club for a24times skills cheerleading training for teachingexperiment, through the contrast group before and after the experiment, it is concluded that theexperimental data and the experimental results, review skills cheerleading training in sportsteam cohesion influence the actual effect. In the process of experiment, to observe the players,between convenient behind are analyzed. Through the group before and after theexperiment, the experimental data are obtained and the experimental results, review skillscheerleading training in sports team cohesion influence the actual effect. Recorded in theprocess of training players, the basic situation of the observation in the teaching experiments,the experimental group members are doing activity with the number of times, the number ofsuccessful and failed, discussed, encourage each other times, etc.Through this researches, the following conclusions:1.1overall team cohesion is theexperiment after experiment before have obviously improved and show significant difference.Description skills cheerleading training helps to improve team cohesion. Individual to1.2afterthe experiment in group tasks, group contacts for individual to attract, group consistency beforethe experiment on the three dimension had the obvious enhancement and has significantdifference.1.3after the experiment on the group communication consistency this dimension,although before have obviously improved but there is no significant difference.1.4skillscheerleading team cohesion between different level of difficulty of training for players ofdifferent requirements, the higher the difficulty, the stronger the team cohesion.1.5based onthe experimental process of monitoring, comparing and cohesion level of four dimensions, it isconcluded that small groups to complete the action of the success rate is associated with taskcohesion, a small team discussions between times, encourage the number, number ofcompanion and cohesion.
