The continuous growth of economy and the continuous development of society make the social demand for skilled personnel and the requirements are also constantly increasing and improving.Therefore,the secondary vocational-technical education in Lhasa,the school number and the number of schools is also increasing,and the society will pay more and more attention to the quality of secondary vocational-technical education,and how to enhance the effectiveness of vocational-technical education,has become the topic of universal concern.Nowadays,more and more young teachers have joined the ranks of teachers in secondary vocational-technical schools,they are more able to understand the needs and aspirations of students,and therefore has unlimited potential for development.However,after the research and discovery of professional personnel,the young teachers in secondary vocational-technical schools are not sufficiently high job satisfaction and loyalty.Therefore,the phenomenon of young teachers' mobility is more frequent.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to take effective measures to stabilize the young teachers,and prevent the occurrence of bad phenomena.So by monitoring the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of young teachers in vocational-technical schools,thus reducing the flow of talent,and effective management of teachers in secondary vocational-technical schools.The object of this paper is mainly for teachers in secondary vocational-technical schools in Lhasa.Through the analysis,we know that the flow of teachers is mainly affected by the job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Therefore,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and interview,mainly analyzes the current situation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of teachers in secondary vocational-technical schools,and confirms the relationship between them.The research idea of this paper is to analyze the background,purpose,method and the related theory,and introduce its basic conception and basic hypothesis according to the whole design.In secondary vocational-technical schools young teachers in Lhasa as an example,to measure the job satisfaction and organizational commitment through questionnaires,so as to get some reliable data,then using SPSS20.0 statistical software to analyze these data,it can be concluded from the law.Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the questionnaire data,and analysis of the relationship between them.Finally,the corresponding measures are taken for the problems.We hope it can solve the problem of the fluctuation of the talent in the secondary vocational-technical school.
