Meanwhile, the writer summaries advanced experience of the entranceeducation in the high medical vocational colleges in USA, Germany and Taiwan Islands,which can provide some policy proposals with policy-maker in the high medical vocationalcolleges in mainland.The entrance education in Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical College has achievedsome results, called “Time and Space Coordinates Method". And there are three characters:first, keeping Traditions and stressing characteristics; second, keeping pace with the timesand having innovation; three, enhancing professional weakening ethics.
