It has a double significance for a special study on the entrance education of the highmedical vocational colleges. One hand, from the practical perspective it is helpful not only tomaster the psychological health, the psychological dynamic of college students in the highmedical vocational colleges, and perfect the system of freshmen entrance education in thehigher medical vocational colleges, but also to deepen Marxist education theory in the studentmanagement work area, and compile entrance education school textbooks that is suitable forhigher vocational college students’ characteristics. The other hand, from the theoreticalperspective it is an interdisciplinary research about the education management and thepedagogy, its research results can improve the entrance education form, content in the highmedical vocational colleges, making it more suitable for the group of "after90’" collegestudents’ characteristics, and perfect the teaching of "moral education","employment" coursesin the high medical vocational colleges. In a word, these researches promote the collegesstudents’ management level.Besides the introduction and the conclusion, this paper is divided into three sections.The part of the introduction. It introduces the research significance, the domestic andforeign research situation and development trend, and expounds the research ideas andresearch methods, and analyzes the key of this topic, research difficulties and innovations.Part I. It mainly interprets the connotation, the necessity and significance of the entranceeducation in the high medical vocational colleges.To expound clearly the entrance education concept in the high medical vocational colleges,the author makes use of progression way to analyze the notion. By combing the representativeliteratures author understands the general meaning of the freshmen entrance educationconcept. On the basis, the writer puts forward the particular connotation of freshmen entranceeducation in the high medical vocational colleges, which highlights two points: first, thecontent must adapt to the characteristics in higher vocational college students; second, thecontent must stress medical professional ethics.It is an important part of the work of college students’ ideological and political education for the entrance education in the high medical vocational colleges, which conform to theteaching rules of the ideological and political education. Its aim includes three points: first, itcan help college students in the high medical vocational colleges understand the campus andprofessional medical class; second, and know the nature of the high medical vocationalcolleges, ethics; third, and lay a solid foundation for becoming a useful person. From theabove analysis, we realize that it is vitally necessary and of great importance for the entranceeducation in the high medical vocational colleges.Part II. The author takes Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical College as sample, andon the basis, in-depth analyses the status of the entrance education in the high medicalvocational colleges. Meanwhile, the writer summaries advanced experience of the entranceeducation in the high medical vocational colleges in USA, Germany and Taiwan Islands,which can provide some policy proposals with policy-maker in the high medical vocationalcolleges in mainland.The entrance education in Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical College has achievedsome results, called “Time and Space Coordinates Method". And there are three characters:first, keeping Traditions and stressing characteristics; second, keeping pace with the timesand having innovation; three, enhancing professional weakening ethics. Of course,“Nobodyis perfect, without ZuChi gold.” Its drawbacks consist of six points:Firstly, freshmen entrance education system in the high medical vocational collegesshould be improved; Secondly, freshmen psychological health education in the high medicalvocational colleges must be strengthen; Thirdly, freshmen interpersonal education in the highmedical vocational colleges should be supplementary; Fourthly, teaching form in the highmedical vocational colleges is a single; Fifthly, Military training is greater than the proportionof other content in the high medical vocational colleges; Sixthly, Passive accepting educationproportion is greater than active learning in the high medical vocational colleges.Part III. In the point of view of the school, The author, combining with the advancedexperiences from the United States(American community college entrance educationpromotes college students’ entrance education by building the site;), Germany(Germanyhigher vocational colleges provide education, other aspects of the life, and various psychology consulting through the folk organization-the national student affairs service center rather thanthe school), Taiwan Islands(Taiwan vocational education focuses on the professional ethics,and professional ethics, and the assessment system, evaluation results) higher vocationaleducation entrance education, put forwards some countermeasures to perfect the entranceeducation in the high medical vocational colleges. It makes up of three parts: evaluationindicator, teaching methods, and teaching system.The part of Conclusion. This project is summarized, and the author points out theresearch limitations: taking Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical College as the researchobject, the conclusion is only for policy-making in our college leaders. That is, it is notgenerally suitable for other high medical vocational colleges. At the same time, thesuggestions is puts forward that entrance education dynamic database for research in theprovincial or national level higher medicine vocational school should be built, and be keptcontinuous attention. In addition, the conference was held by the related national academicgroups for platform, which can get enough sample quantity for the scientific conclusion.
