The Research About Several Problems Of The College Entrance Education For Freshmen

The entrance education is the first lesson for freshmen when they enter the universities, it is meaningful to help students understand and adapt to the university life soon; have clear learning goals and ideals; to become one qualified college student with the consciousness of overall development, who can learn actively. Therefore, it is not only a duty for the colleges and universities to educate college freshmen effectively; it is also an important way to help new students to go beyond themselves in their important life period, and influence the students' individual development."The research about the several problems of college entrance education for freshmen",mentioned in the thesis, with the entrance education for freshmen as the main line, the research mainly studies on three problems, namely on "why", "what", "how", analyzes and studies the basic situation and problems of the entrance education for freshmen in colleges and universities, and tries to form a set of freshmen education work system, the aim of the study is to get some enlightenment to improve the college freshmen entrance education.The first part:Why to study the problems of college entrance education for freshmen.Summing up the entrance education situation in the domestic and foreign universities, on this foundation, the thesis researches the connotation and characteristic of college freshmen entrance education, and separately from the two aspects:the necessity and importance, points out that the entrance education not only provides specific guidance for college freshmen to adapt to the university life and lays an important foundation for the students healthy development, but also improves the initial period education of the university and makes it more effective to enhance the college students' ideological and political education.The second part:What are the problems. Through the data collection, questionnaire, survey interviews and other ways, this thesis analyses the current college freshmen education problems, makes a conclusion that the main reasons for the problems are lacking enough understanding about the importance of the entrance education, and a sound working system of freshman entrance education has not been formed and not yet the participation mechanism of the school, parents, public and other aspects.The third part:How to improve the college entrance education. On the basis of the early investigation and study, the thesis sums up the successful experience and shortcomings from the entrance education for freshmen in colleges and universities. Respectively, from building perfect college entrance education system for freshmen, enriching the content, making innovations about the forms of the entrance education for freshmen, and finally carrying out in the freshmen education activities and other aspects, the thesis tries to construct a set of college freshmen entrance education system.
