The Research On The Principal Leadership Under The Perspective Of The Development Of School Characteristics

From the1990s, characteristics has gradually become the hot issue in the process ofeducational reform and development. Formation characteristics of running a school, and thepursuit of personality school become the trend of school today. The principal, as a schoolleader and manager, also naturally caught the attention of the researchers actively. How todiscover their own characteristics, and form their own school-running characteristics, dependslargely on the principal leadership. At present, the study of the principal leadership is a largescale. But few studies in the school are under the perspective of school characteristicdevelopment to put forward the strategies to promote the principal leadership. This article isjust under the perspective of school characteristic development, explain the relationshipbetween the principal leadership and the school characteristic development, and analysis theexisting problem of the principal leadership to discuss how to further enhance the principalleadership.The first chapter is introduction. This chapter mainly elaborates the reason why choosethis topic, the significance of research, define the relevant concepts, and discuss the relatedresearch about the school characteristic development and principal leadership, then theresearch ideas and methods are introduced. With the development of the school characteristicdevelopment, the role of principal has changed. To explore how to promote the principalleadership has very important significance under the perspective of school characteristicdevelopment. It finds out the principal leadership promotion strategy from a new perspectiveto improve the quality of school characteristic development and make the development ofschool education better.The second chapter is the analysis of the relationship between the school characteristicdevelopment and principal leadership.
