The preschool education teacher's practical ability is an important part of preschool education teachers' professional qualities.Preschool teachers can only combine their theoretical knowledge and practice in school to achieve their professional development.The purpose of the training model for American urban teachers residency in schools is to cultivate high-quality teachers for high-demand schools and,on the other hand,to provide practice teachers and instructors for practical teachers.The high demand areas in China point to rural areas in need of outstanding preschool teachers.The practice time of masters in preschool education in China is short,and the practical knowledge learned in the short period of time does not combine theory and practice well.The work faced by preschool education professionals requires more practical experience.This study analyzes the background of the rise of American urban teachers' cultivating model through literature review.Its background mainly stems from the promulgation of the No Child Left Behind Act in the Bush Education Reform and the birthplace of the American City Teacher Training Model.Tom Payzant,the director of the school,recognizes teacher practice.This study is based on the model of urban teacher education in university-based teacher education and teacher replacement schools.It talks about the development of urban teacher education model and analyzes the operating goals and operating characteristics of the US city teacher education model.Operational results,operational safeguards,operational experience and deficiencies.Through the compilation of the questionnaire Current Questionnaire on Preschool Education Masters in China,randomly graduated graduates of pre-school education graduates and former graduates of pre-school education graduates were surveyed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and analysis of variance.The status quo of master's training,and from masters of kindergartens,universities,and pre-school education students,have discussed the influencing factors behind the current situation of masters training in pre-school education in China.This study starts from the characteristics of American urban teachers' resident training mode,and combines the current status of China's preschool education master's training,and draws the following inspirations forChina's preschool education master's training: Establishing a training base for rural preschool education masters for interns and Prepare kindergartens that meet the criteria;colleges and universities develop strict criteria for the selection of masters for preschool education,train teachers with well-trained kindergarten teachers;establish differentiated professional roles for instructors to promote the continuous guidance of preschool education masters;A course integrating theoretical knowledge and kindergarten practice knowledge is established;a rural kindergarten fund organization is established to develop a qualification certificate for preschool education masters;colleges,kindergartens,and non-profit organizations collaborate to cultivate a master's degree in preschool education.
