According to the making and promulgating of "The Chinese Course Criterion of Full-time Compulsory Education(2011)",there is no doubt which is influenced by international education background and Chinese education study fruits in recent ten years in China. It is consequential products under the international education background that the emergence of Non-continuous texts in Chinese Compulsory Education Curriculum Standard.Non-continuous texts proposal brings new vitality for Chinese education and widens the field of view Chinese reading with Chinese scientific background. It makes the Chinese education be closed to life instead of the pure knowledge system. Non-continuous texts is a kind of text format in international PISA reading test. Chinese scholars do not do special research on the text format below the international PISA test frame from the rough joining in Chinese Course Criterion of Full-time Compulsory Education. Therefore, it is familiar and strange for us that the phrase Non-continuous texts’appears in this Chinese Course Criterion.The paper mainly does research from PISA perspective to observe the Non-continuous texts reading and expressing research of new Course Criterion of Full-time Compulsory Education. The research context is as follows:Chapter1is about carding of the background material and statement of the problem’s significance.Chapter2aims at criticism and rethinking about that Chinese education PISA test frame was introduced in domestic different subjects from the criticism view. It also introduces and analyses partition of PISA test3fields and positioning of PISA test reading accomplishment, as well as the Non-continuous texts reading proposal in Chinese new Course Criterion of Full-time Compulsory Education. Then it combines PISA test view with Chinese education background to make essence. Chapter3mainly introduces Non-continuous texts reading. And from comparison of Chinese new Course Criterion of Full-time Compulsory Education and PISA to examine the deficiency and shortage about Emotional attitude and rethinking spirit in Chinese new Course Criterion. This chapter separates the picture from Non-continuous texts for the Non-continuous texts is main component by picture and table in order to optimize Non-continuous texts connotation. Finally, it gives a teaching strategy aiming at Non-continuous texts reading so as to supply method guidance in teaching process.Chapter4proposals Non-continuous texts expressing requirement in speculation reasoning way, and makes an exposition from the theory significance and rhetoric view of Non-continuous and texts express, as well as Non-continuous texts express skills.The appendix collects some examples of Non-continuous texts and makes suitable analysis.
