University innovative experimental class, a product of the time when innovative talents competition in globalization becomes fierce, and education quality was alarmed by "Question of Qian", is not only a innovation of talent itself, but also a revolution of talents education mode. However, with the booming development of all kinds of experimental classes in universities, their problems are widely argued. Such as what are the real advantages and characteristics of innovative experimental classes? Whether the advantages and characteristics are feasible and be spread? If the goal is reached? And whether the process is fit the education rules? Meanwhile, what are the problems in the innovative experimental classes? And how to improve? All these questions are focused while there is no empirical study on it, not to mention that the education quality assessment from the view of student learning experience. Thus, based on the "student-centered" theory, the purpose of this study is to do an investigation on education quality of university innovative experimental class from a view of student learning experience, reference to the aboard questionnaire such as NSSE (National survey of student Engagement), CEQ (Course Experience Questionnaire).The study investigate the innovative experimental classes of a normal university which is under the Ministry of Education directly. Compared with the normal class, investigate the students’experience, personal skills, and the overall satisfaction scale about the classes. This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part (introduction and literature review) mainly introduce and analysis the background, definition, research on education quality about innovative experimental classes, and define higher quality and student learning experience, and introduce the quality of higher education research methods, empirical study abroad from learning experience Perspective. The theoretical basis of this paper is the concept of Value-added Evaluation education and Student Participation theory.The second part(design and implementation) mainly introduce the methods, samples, questionnaires, interviews, and the pre-measurement contented reliability analysis, validity analysis.The third part is the statistical analysis of the data, by using a variety of the descriptive statistics, T-test, factor analysis, we do a comparative analysis about the classes from overall, also at different grades. Then analysis the reasons that affect the students’ assessment with: background information and learning experiences.The fourth part (conclusion and suggestions) reveals that from an overall perspective, the quality of the innovative experiment classes are better than the normal class, but problems are in the aspects such as " the internationalization is obvious, while the innovative experiment class of department level lacks of characteristics ","the experimental class is relatively weak in the humanistic spirit practice","problems about major become the weak point in experiment class quality". As the conclusions above, the researchers also made some suggestions, such as "strengthen the individuation of experiment class","instructing students’ participation and innovation","’professional penetration’ to’dilution professional’, enhance exchanges and cooperation with other majors".
