| With the continuous expansion of the educational practice field of informatization,,the role of teachers and the composition of teachers’ abilities have new definitions and connotations,and teachers’ informationized instructional design abilities are important for optimizing the classroom and enhancing students’ learning.As the primary prerequisite for informationized teaching,there are relevant course contents in the preservice stage.However,there are problems in the cultivation of information-based teaching design ability of normal school students,such as single form of teaching,lack of collaboration in students’ learning,emphasis on theory rather than practice,single evaluation method,and low participation of students in related courses.In this regard,this study started with improving the informationized instructional design ability of normal school students,using literature research and questionnaire survey methods.Based on the principles of adhering to the student-centered position,designing problems based on students’ learning situation,emphasizing the preset and generation of problems,grasping the gradient between problems,and emphasizing the inspiration of problem guidance,a project-based learning framework is constructed.On this basis,project-based learning activities are designed,which is the starting point.The curriculum content of Modern Educational Technology is reorganized and arranged.Three rounds of iterative experimental research are carried out through the action research method,and the project-based learning framework is revised and adjusted after each round of experiment,so as to gradually improve its scientific-ness and rationality.The innovation of this study lies in:Fully integrate activity theory and design activities from aspects such as goals,subjects,objects,tools,etc.Each round of experiments used the same framework to design different teaching content to test the feasibility of the framework under different teaching content.While verifying the rationality of the framework,attention was also paid to the integration between the framework and the curriculum.By designing activities,restructuring the curriculum,and reallocating class hours,the curriculum was made more flexible,resources were enriched,and students had more time for independent exploration.The specific research work can be summarized as follows:Ⅰ.Research on the current situation of developing informationized instructional design abilities of normal school students The study designed questionnaires from the informationized instructional design courses,the current situation of informationized instructional design abilities of normal school students,and the expectations of normal school students on the development of informationized instructional design abilities.551 normal school students in Y school were surveyed,and the results were analyzed by demographic variables and descriptive statistics,which were used for the construction of project-based learning framework and the design of learning activities.Ⅱ.Constructing a project-based learning frameworkBased on the results of literature research and questionnaire survey,a projectbased learning framework was constructed,which was revised and improved through multiple rounds of experiments.Finally,a project-based learning framework was determined for the cultivation of informationized instructional design abilities of normal school students.Based on this framework,course content was reconstructed and project-based learning activities were derived.Ⅲ.Testing the effect of project-based learning on the improvement of normal school students’ informationized instructional design abilitiesIn the framework testing stage,this study conducted an iterative experimental study with the students of Grade 2019 majoring in elementary education as the experimental group and the students of Grade 2019 majoring in preschool education as the control group in Y school,and tested the effect of project-based learning on the improvement of normal school students’ informationized instructional design abilities by analyzing and comparing the pre and post-test data.The application effect of the framework was tested by taking students majoring in mathematics education and physics education of Grade 2020 as experimental group and control group.Through the above work,this study drew the following conclusions: project-based learning and its various components can meet the learning needs of students and remedy the problems in the development of informationized instructional design ability of normal school students;the design of learning activities under the project-based learning framework has a significantly higher effect on the improvement of informationized instructional design abilities of normal school students than the traditional lecture method,and it has a significant effect in both humanities and social science majors as well as natural science majors.The final project-based learning framework can be effectively integrated with the courses related to the development of informationized teaching design abilities of normal school students,and it can be applied in different majors and different types of courses. |
