Research About Cultivating Instructional Design Capacity Supported By CCAI In Normal School Students

Because of the particularity and responsibilities of the career,normal school students'teaching level will exert great influence on teaching quality. In recent years, the government has paid great attention on the education of normal school students, and has issued a list of laws to promote the improvement of the educating level.The capacity of instructional design is essential in affecting the effect of teaching. Therefore, the cultivation of instructional design capacity becomes an essential part in educating normal school students.As the development of science and informational technology, teachers are compelled to face more and more challenges. They not only have to master basic teaching knowledge and skills, but also possess collaborating and creating ability in practice. Nowadays, however, the cultivation of instructional design capacity is still being carried out in the old path which can't meet the new requirements of the time. Based on the phenomenon stated above, this paper does several aspects of research as follows:Firstly, this paper points out the shortages of instructional design for now, puts forward an idea of utilizing the CCAI platform to cultivate the capacity of instructional design.Secondly, this paper provides a literature review about the cultivation of instructional design capacity both at home and abroad. After synthesizing several norms the writer puts forward capacity form of instructional design as the final target of cultivating.Thirdly, Based on the analysis of the feature of platform and object, the writer gives a cultivating plan, using CCAI environment to develop instructional design capacity, and provides a detailed description about the plan.Fourthly, this paper applies this CCAI environment to the students of this experiment, and receives satisfying effect. Finally, this paper sums up main contributions and shortages of this research, points out the direction of the next stage, and puts forward several proposals to the cultivating of instructional design capacity in normal school students.
