Higher vocational education,in the rise in the last century80’s, is a product of industrialization in China to a certain stage of development. It has cultivated and transported a lot of line of high-technology talents in production, construction,management and service for China’s socialist modernization construction. However, in reality, people don’t sing high praise for social recognition of higher vocational education.on the one hand, on the job market, enterprises has complained that there are not enoughsuitable technology workers, on the other hand, students of high vocational havecomplained that they cannot find the ideal job, there are some contradictions between supply and demand. Primary method of resolving this contradiction is to improve the employability of students in higher vocational colleges to meet enterprise needs,achieve successful employment of students and improve the quality of employment.The key to improve the students’ employment competitiveness lies in the higher vocational students’ employment competitiveness of effective evaluation, In order to find out the key factors restricting the students’ employment competitiveness. But the Shang Wugao identity standards for schools to be objective, accurate evaluation. Therefore, the evaluation system of employment competitiveness needs to construct a set of scientific and reasonable for Higher Vocational students. This thesis based on related literature and questionnaire investigation, using SD and other software, combined with ANP. The main content is as follows:(1) Construction of conceptual model. Define relative concepts:The employment competitiveness, employment competitiveness, On the employment competitiveness evaluation theory, higher vocational students’ employment competence elements content of analysis system, and on this basis to build the Shaanxi higher vocational students’ employment competitiveness concept model.(2) Evaluation system construction. Through the literature review and the two rounds of questionnaire, factors affecting the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students select, combined with related research, building evaluation system including:internal factors and external factors these first level indicators, innovation intelligence etc.7secondary indicators and25three level indicators.(3) Indicator weights given. Taking into account the evaluation system involves too much factors, and there’s some correlation among them, so the author uses ANP to solve the problem. SD software can calculate any ANP model, and the results can be fully expressed, so the author uses it to evaluate the influence factors, and then gets the weights of each indicator.
