With the promoting of the new course standard and deepening of education reform,the position and the important role of learning evaluation in education are more and moreknown to everyone. If there is no change and no improvement in the learning evaluation,the implementation of education reform and the new course standard is difficult toeffectively carry out or becomes a mere formality.Based on the theory of Multiple Intelligences and on the demand for talents in the newperiod, this article focuses on the development of all students, especially the developmentof students’ personality and mental health. It carries on an in-depth analysis and discussionabout a single learning evaluation with the original language and mathematical logic abilityas the core, and with standardized examination as the only way. The author puts forwardthe comprehensive practical way of Middle School physics study assessment aftercompletely studying the successful experience and cases in the process of reform at homeand abroad, and the reality of the development of China’s learning evaluation. Thisevaluation is aimed at finding and developing the maximum potential of students, andpromoting the all-round development of students, which is expected to achieve anobjective and fair aim, and have a positive impact on students’ learning. Try to makeeveryone’s learning process sustainable, happy and confident.
