This study from the open motor skill learning theory, the influence factors onthe open motor skill learning are analyzed, in the formulation of the evaluation ofhigh school basketball passingmotor skill standards through questionnaire survey. Andthebasketball passing motor skill learning as an example, the teachingcontent according to the principle of open style sports skill learning andprocess design and the16week teaching experiment for students, to verify theinfluence of open motor skillmaster basketball passing motor skills on students’learning ability and the technical application of the principle of effect. Theresultsshowed that:(1) according to the principle and process of openmotor skill learning in theteaching content basketball pass motion technology to is divided into4parts, each composed of a bodyperception stage, environment outside stage, decisionstage and ontology ontology response stage four parts;(2) the evaluation index according to the open motor skill evaluation standard toexplore basketball pass technique, mainly has16evaluationindexes, through factoranalysis,16indexes were clustering, is divided into4categories, respectively, were passing the motor skills ofstudents overall learning effect, the motor skill learning effect, the overall passsense evaluation effect and the studentsapplication of motor skill stability effects;(3) through the teachingexperiment,16weeks of thought: the principle of openstyle sports skill learning more than the conventional form of teaching to guidestudents to master sports technique. Not only is the basic skill ofhelp students masterthe passing of sport skills, but also help students to pass motor skills implicitknowledge learning.
