Open motor skills refer to the ability to perform certain movements in complex and unpredictable situations.The main performance of it is that the athletes should judge the changes of the surrounding situation in advance before making technical movements,and then decide what kind of technical movements need to be used in the next step.For example,in the process of volleyball spiking,the position,speed and direction of the opponent must be judged to determine the Angle and direction of the spiking.It is the change of these situations that makes open motor skills attract more and more people's attention,and then a series of learning principles and teaching methods that are suitable for open motor skills are produced.This new teaching form also puts forward higher requirements for teaching evaluation.Volleyball,as an open sport skill of cooperation,is popular among students in teaching.However,under the influence of traditional teaching concepts,teachers are used to use "sports technology" instead of "sports skills" for teaching evaluation.This evaluation method ignores the interaction between skills and situations,hinders the development of students' sports interest,and is not conducive to the cultivation of good sports ability.Especially in high vocational colleges sports curriculum,the curriculum reform in its infancy,backward teaching method,the single evaluation method,the issue such as difference of students' learning enthusiasm has been plagued by people,the higher vocational colleges sports curriculum linked to the professional ability of students,cultivate the students' comprehensive ability,is the direction of higher vocational colleges sports curriculum reform.Good evaluation of physical education can guide and motivate physical education,which is not only conducive to teachers' accurate grasp of the teaching effect and understanding of the teaching situation,but also conducive to students' correct understanding of themselves and enhance their learning motivation.Only by grasping the characteristics of motor skills can teachers achieve good learning evaluation effect.It is important to integrate the learning principle of open sports skills into the teaching of volleyball skills in higher vocational colleges,pay attention to training students' ability to learn movements and use technology in the overall situation,and cultivate good sports interest and learning ability,so as to improve the learning status of students in higher vocational colleges and achieve the goal of sports skills in physicaleducation.This article through the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and other research methods,based on the theory of open movement skills,in the higher vocational,college sports and health course standard"as the basis,after the analysis of present situation investigation,build the evaluation index system of volleyball skills learning in higher vocational colleges,and through the teaching experiment to empirical research,the selection of evaluation index to determine the weight coefficient of every index.In order to better serve the practice of physical education,the evaluation form of volleyball skill learning in higher vocational colleges is made.In order to contribute to the evaluation of physical education in higher vocational colleges and provide reference for future research.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation of volleyball skills in higher vocational colleges is of great significance in the reform of Volleyball Curriculum.In order to change the current situation of the evaluation,the first-line teachers have made positive efforts,but they have never grasped the key point of the evaluation of sports skills learning,the evaluation content is one-sided,and the evaluation index is single.In the future teaching evaluation,we should start from the characteristics of open sports skills,pay attention to the application of skills and the cultivation of students' ability,so as to realize the service of sports for professional skills.(2)on the basis of the higher vocational college,college sports and health course standard ",higher vocational colleges from three dimensions determined the evaluation content for the basic knowledge of volleyball volleyball skills,volleyball skills,basic technology,volleyball volleyball special physical fitness,evaluation method for the qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation,the combination of developed detailed evaluation standard to guide the teaching of sports.(3)based on the theory of open movement skills,build the evaluation index system of volleyball skills learning in higher vocational colleges,identified the 12 qualitative 9evaluation indexes and quantitative evaluation index,in order to realize the effectiveness of teaching evaluation and operability,calculate the weight coefficient of each evaluation index,and selected the qualitative evaluation indexes of four key indicators,to teaching practice.(4)the empirical study proves the accuracy of the developed evaluation indexes,and also verifies that the learning effect of volleyball skills under the guidance of the open learning principle is obviously better than that of the general teaching.In skills,basic techniques,and obvious effects on special physical fitness indicators,learning effect on knowledge skill indicators reflect on index characteristic of open movement skills,open sports skill learning that not only the positive influence on students' technological learning,the knowledge system and special physical fitness also had different degrees of influence.
