Analysis On The Entrepreneurial Model Of Students In Jilin Province

Under the background of the huge employment pressure for college graduates, allsectors of society look to College students’ entrepreneurship. In order to reduce theemployment pressure so as to ease employment situation, on the one hand morepositions should be supplied, on the other hand the demand for positions should bedecreased. Enterprising not only can decrease the demand for positions but also cancreate new position, so it’s deservedly can be an effective way to alleviate employmentpressure. Since The16th National People’s Congress, guideline of “Job creation andencourage entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities” had been putforward. Even though Jilin province had put forward the guideline as well, but theentrepreneurship rate is still low. The reason for it may be the entrepreneurial successrate is low. It’s very important for entrepreneurial success rate to choose an appropriateentrepreneurial model.Deep understanding of the connotation of business model，analyze influencingfactors of Jilin province college students entrepreneurship model choice according tothe fact that the special economic and cultural environment of Jilin province andcollege students is a special group. Thus we can guide the Jilin province collegestudents choose appropriate entrepreneurship model. At last this paper put forwardsome proposal in terms of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship policy,entrepreneurial environment, so as to increase the entrepreneurial success rate of Jilinprovince, which is important not only to reducing the employment pressure, but also topromoting innovation and the transformation of scientific and technologicalachievements.This paper includes six chapters： The first chapter is introduction, including the background and significance ofselecting this topic.The second chapter is literature review.The third chapter is overview of entrepreneurial model. This chapter gets theentrepreneurial model dividend based on the experience of the previous scholars.These models include independent management, college student village officialenterprising, depending on the pioneering center to enterprise and enterprising throughthe college students’ entrepreneurship competition. Then this chapter discusses theconnection between college students’ entrepreneurship and economic growth.The fourth chapter is evaluation of entrepreneurial model. The evaluationprinciple includes the influence to the entrepreneurs, the impact on the economy andfeasibility. Then this chapter rates every entrepreneurial model using AnalyticalHierarchical Process according to scores from experts.The fifth chapter is analysis on influencing factors of entrepreneurial modeselection. In this chapter choice of entrepreneurial model of Jilin province has beengiven. Chapter five across analyzes the basic characteristics of entrepreneurs andentrepreneurship mode selection, also it analyzed other factors that affecting theselection of entrepreneurial mode.The last chapter is conclusion and suggestion. This chapter draws a conclusionand put forward some proposals. Hope to provide certain reference for collegestudents’ and government.
