Research On The Development Of Evaluation Of PREDST Comprehensive Coordination Of China From The Perspective Of Population Security

China is a populous country. Due to the continued growth of our population and therapidly changing in people’s consumption patterns, the original contradiction amongpopulation, resources, environment, economic development, social and other aspects becomemore and more sharp since the21st century. In addition, China’s12th five-year plan outlinepoints out the importanceof scientific development, to speed up the transformation of themode of economic development as the main line, adhere to the scientific and technologicalprogress as a key support to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode,and aims to build a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly society, promoteeconomic and social development and population, resources and environment inharmony,walk the road of sustainable development. Therefore, how to coordinate therelationship between China’s population and economy society run has become a majorproblem facing the development of the current period. To solve this problem, on the one hand,we should know the present situation of the coordinated development of our country. On theother hand, we also have to find the key factors that affect the regional coordinateddevelopment. Reached the purpose of analyze the situation, identify problems and solvingproblems. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the status of area comprehensivecoordination development from the perspective of population safety and find the key factorsthat affect the overall coordination development, analysis of the implementation of thecurrent policy, which has important theoretical and practical significance to formulate andadjust China’s sustainable development strategy and to maintain and promote the coordinateddevelopment relations in our country’s population and economic social running and all otheraspects for future.In the study, this paper mainly do the following work:(1) From the regional sustainable development theory and the theory of population safety,establish the theoretical basis for the subsequent empirical analysis, explore the connotationof population security. Meanwhile, research and analysis the characteristics of the six aspectsof the economy operation: population (P), Resource (R), environment (E), economicdevelopment (D), social (S) and technology (T) system; (2) Summarize the theory research and method research of the past regional PREDsystem and analysis the issues related to population safety research to find the binding sitesand innovation points between them, propose a research about the Chinese PREDSTcomprehensive coordination development under the perspective of population security. Thenusing the comprehensive evaluation method from dynamic and static to study the situation ofour country’s PREDST comprehensive coordinated development under the perspective ofpopulation security;(3) From the perspective of population security, considering the system characteristics ofpopulation, resources, environment, economic development, social and technological sixsubsystems, according to scientific, comparable, representative and operability principles andPREDST comprehensive, establish a comprehensive evaluation index system of coordinateddevelopment of regional PREDST under the perspective of our population safety. In addition,to get the final comprehensive evaluation index system screening the index system accordingto the partial correlation coefficient method and variation coefficient method;(4) Use the index of national data from2006to2011to do the dynamic evaluation aboutthe situation of PREDST comprehensive coordination development of our country underpopulation security perspective. Calculate the score of each system for China’s PREDST andthe comprehensive coordination development level in six years in our country populationsecurity perspective PREDST. In addition, the score of the population system and thepopulation support system are calculated respectively, in-depth analysis of the status ofdevelopment of the system and its impact on the overall integrated and coordinateddevelopment. Identify the key factors that influence the PREDST comprehensive coordinationdevelopment in our country population security perspective;(5) Based on Inferior constrain method, propose a static evaluation of our country’s areaPREDST comprehensive coordination development under population security perspective. Inthis paper, it takes the China’s30provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) indexdata of2011year as the research object do the static analysis on Inferior constrain method. Inthe Inferior constrain evaluation model we take the population system and populationsupporting systems as constraint in turn, set up the comprehensive evaluation model ofcoordination development, reveals the key factors affecting the development of regional comprehensive coordination, find out the advantage and disadvantage factors that affect thedevelopment of the provinces and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions forregional harmonious development.
