Education Insurance Study Of Children With Autism

According to estimates, China currently has about1600000people with autism, from1987China’s first cases has been diagnosed with autism, the numbers of people with autism is growing. But in the early days, the research about autism is not well-known in the public until the release of movie "Heaven of Ocean", which made more people know about the autistic community. Autistic children is an important part of social groups, as a complete social person, they have the right for education. But social discrimination,made they didn’t have a chance to enter the school, even some students enter the school and start study, it will not last long. This article firstly introduce the current situation of autistic children in China, proposes the research theory, research framework which is based on the review of the literature. Referring to the autistic children’s right to education and social capital theory, defining the relevant concepts of autistic children education; Secondly, through interviewing the parents of children and the leader of Xingxing Yu autism agencies, summary the problems of autistic children education. Then, based on the theoretical framework of social capital, teasing out the causes behind these problems. And then through the practical experience in education welfare in America and Hong Kong area, extract the useful strategy, and put forward with the measure to improve the education welfare of autistic children.
