A Comparative Study On Child Welfare System Of Sino-mongolian And China

With the continuous development of the economy, changing people’s ideas,especially the improvement of the status of the family and children, governments beganto actively participate in this important responsibility of child welfare policy commitment.Orphans and disabled children are the most vulnerable in society, the most difficult groups,they lost their parents, no family, the key target of the work of social welfare andsocial assistance. The development of the child welfare system, the first thing to consideris the arrangement of the welfare system for orphans and disabled children. The currentreform of the child welfare system has become a trend, exploration and innovation ofthe child welfare system has become one of the main topics of the social security.In this study, start from the child welfare gratitude for Historical Review and combingthe child welfare system in China and Mongolia, the analysis of the current situation,Comparison of the two child welfare policy; combined with children in Sweden, Norway,the United States, Russia and in India and other countries the experience and achievementsof the welfare system, to explore the trend of the development of the child welfaresystem, in order to be beneficial to the development of children’s welfare.
