| With the economy era and the continuous improvement of China’s market economicsystem, the kindergarten teachers’ moral anomie events often occur, such as mistreatment ofchildren，etc. It has become a widespread social problem.It produced a very bad impact on thesociety，not only caused a panic about a lot of parents, resulted in severely damaged theimage of the kindergarten teachers，but also has affected the children’s physical and mentalhealth. Preschool teachers’ professional ethics construction is imminent.To conduct thethorough research to the preschool teachers’ moral anomie phenomenon, analyzes the causesof this phenomenon, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,is necessary toimprove and perfect the important mission of preschool education level,and to reshape thewhole staff team, to promote and enhance the reality of preschool teachers’ behaviour.In this paper, the introduction of the research background and the significance andmethods at home and abroad is the first part. The current status of preschool teachers’ moralanomie is surveyed,by means of questionnaire and interview, and is describedobjectively.From the results of the questionnaire survey,we can draw the conclusion that themost of the early childhood teachers think condition of preschool teacher’s ethics constructionis a top priority, and the most important part in the evaluation of a teacher is the teacher’sethics.In the case of without supervision,most can be ethics self-disciplined, someindividuals cannot abide by ethics norms mainly are because teachers ignore the personalmoral accomplishment and perfection and teachers’ lawful rights and interests can’t beprotected, and the influence of the bad atmosphere in society. To solve the problem ofteachers’ morality, we should improve salary of teachers and social status,and improve theincentive mechanism, to ensure preschool teachers’ good growth and development.On the basis of the current status of preschool teachers’ moral anomie behavior, theinvestigation has carried on the key causes, mainly from the perspective of social reasons andpersonal reasons.Finally, on the basis of above analysis, the paper summarizes and analysesthe strategies of the preschool teachers’ moral anomie. |
