Chinese traditional culture is of long standing, broad and profound, is one of the world’s history and culture important constituent, is promoting the progress of human society and the powerful motive force of development and pillar. The excellent traditional culture accomplishment is the important part of students’ occupation quality. However, the present teaching situation analysis, secondary vocational Chinese traditional culture education and students’ qualities of traditional culture still exist considerable defects. Therefore, secondary vocational Chinese teaching is an urgent need to strengthen and improve the level of students’ traditional culture education.This article through the questionnaire survey of secondary vocational school students’ traditional culture literacy, and attempts from the students themselves and the school education teaching two aspects analyzes its current situation of the subjective and objective reasons; the vocational students’ students learn excellent traditional culture to the professional quality and occupation moral necessity; at the same time reference, combining with the related theories, literature from the form of teaching quality of teachers, and two aspects in teaching Chinese in secondary vocational school education in traditional culture of Chinese teaching exploration of countermeasures, occupation and education of fine traditional culture combined with the new road.
