Shanxi Province Rural Sports Public Services Supply Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

With the2014no.1in the middle of the focus on agriculture,rural areas and farmers, in2013the third plenary session of thecommunist party of China (18put forward integration of urban andrural development as well as in2013, state general administrationof sports of rural sports public service work requirements, andother various policy is put forward, makes rural reform anddevelopment in the future development direction, in which thedevelopment of rural sports public service plays a more and moreimportant role, and occupies an important field, and itsdevelopment direction and the development of rural sports publicservice is one of important way to improve the rural sports publicservice supply, thus, to realize rural sports public service supplyperformance is particularly important.This research mainly rural sports public services supplysituation in Shanxi Province as the main line, USES the literaturematerial method, interview method, questionnaire investigation andmathematical statistics, in shanxi rural sports public service supplyof the current situation of supply and demand and supply subject field interview and questionnaire investigation, and aims to improvethe quality of shanxi rural sports public service supply, for thebetter development of rural sports in Shanxi Province and theeffective supply of public service to provide theoretical basis andpractical significance.The results showed that rural sports public services supplysituation Shanxi Province can’t meet the needs of farmers, the mainproblems the following aspects: first, the shortage of infrastructure,rural sports fitness consciousness is weak and lack of sportsorganizations and sports activities, etc.; Second, farmers’economic conditions is limited, the supply of rural sports publicservice main body mainly provided directly by the government, is asingle, and the supply of public goods and services and the actualneeds of farmers; Finally, the operation of the rural sports publicservice supply mechanism is not perfect, the lack of regulation andguarantee, etc.Put forward to solve the problems that exists in the followingseveral Suggestions:1, to speed up the rural economic development,raise the income level of farmers;2, broaden the financing channels,to increase sports infrastructure construction;3, strengthen sportsorganization and management, to carry out sports activities withlocal cultural characteristics;4, training rural sports professionals,enhance the sports fitness awareness of farmers;5, strengthen theattention of the grassroots organizations, perfect the legal systemenvironment and policy system.
