Teachers' education and teaching skills are one of the basic qualities of teachers.The basic qualities of teachers are directly related to the level of national education quality.Therefore,it is very important to study the classroom teaching skills of geography teachers in high school.Focusing on the theme of "observation and analysis of teaching skills of high school geography teachers",this paper takes two middle,provincial,municipal and county-level teachers of "one teacher,one excellent course and one teacher for one lesson"as the research object,mainly through classroom observation,analyzes the introduction skills,explanation skills,questioning skills and ending skills of eight high school geography teachers,and finds out In view of the differences and reasons,this paper puts forward corresponding teaching suggestions based on the observation results and combined with the teaching practice,so as to provide theoretical reference for the teaching of senior high school geography teachers.This paper mainly consists of five parts,the first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the purpose and significance of this study,the research background,research methods and ideas.The second is to define the concept and theoretical basis of this paper by using the literature analysis method.The next is to make a detailed observation and analysis of the classroom observation samples,mainly from the four parts of introduction,explanation,questioning and conclusion,to get the observation results of each part.Eight teachers selected from "one teacher,one excellent course,one lesson and one teacher" are mainly from two teachers at the ministerial,provincial,municipal and county levels.The observation topic is the new teaching.The second section of chapter two,air pressure belt and wind belt,which is compulsory in human education edition,is selected.This research is divided into three parts:preparation before class,observation during class and summary after class.In the course,eight senior high school geography teachers are evaluated and analyzed by qualitative method,and a series of problems still exist in the teaching skills of senior high school geography teachers.Then,on the basis of the third chapter,it summarizes the similarities and differences and causes of this study,and makes specific explanations.Finally,according to the similarities and differences and reasons summarized in the fourth chapter,reasonable teaching suggestions are put forward.On the one hand,it can provide scientific teaching basis for the vast number of geography teachers,on the other hand,it can provide basis for the education department to improve teachers'classroom teaching skills.The sixth part is a summary of this study.This paper draws the following conclusions.First of all,in terms of the introduction skills,through the analysis of the above eight teachers,it is found that at present,high school geography teachers attach great importance to the introduction process,carefully design the introduction materials closely related to the theme,and highlight the teaching objectives.In terms of explaining skills,most high school geography teachers can grasp the teaching objectives in the process of teaching and explaining,the teaching content is closely related to the teaching theme,the design is reasonable in the process of explaining,and the key and difficult points are highlighted.In terms of questioning skills,the questions raised by eight teachers are pointed out clearly,the expression mode is also in line with the students'understanding level,the length of questioning sentences is moderate,the questioning language is clear,and the students Easy to understand and think.In terms of ending skills,some teachers' ending part echoes with the introduction,which embodies the integrity of teaching.However,there are still many problems.Some teachers have the problem of closing class in a hurry or even lack the final closing link.In view of the above problems,several reasons are summed up.First of all,it benefits from the achievements of teachers" many years of teaching experience.More importantly,the professional education team behind the eight teachers work together to study the high-level teaching skills in line with the development of students,as well as the eight teachers' attitude of diligent research and good learning.Of course,teachers themselves also have some problems that lead to curriculum optimization,such as inadequate preparation,professional skills to be improved and so on.
