Meta-cognitive intervention technology is a kind of psychological intervention program operation, in clinical psychological counselling and treatment for the individual to his own subconscious and other psychological activities to achieve self-perception, reflection, supervision and regulation.The purpose of this research is that use meta-cognitive psychological intervention to change the weariness of the students’ weariness and meta-cognitive monitoring level, improve their good academic emotions and their meta-cognitive monitoring ability.Survey weariness students by using the method of interview scenarios and cause of bad feelings, find out the key problems of their weariness, Use meta-cognitive psychological intervention measure change the key problems. Methods: this study used literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, observation method, case analysis method to study the way, after the relevant data collection, using SPSS17.0analysis, qualitative analysis was carried out on the collected information. The results showed that: psychological counseling through meta-cognitive intervention techniques, students’ emotional weariness to improve, improve the level of meta-cognition. Therefore, through case analysis can prove meta-cognitive intervention techniques weariness intervention is effective way actionable.
