For the children in poor areas, especially for the children in rural areas which develope in low level, their growth is different from the children in urban areas.As to the educational environments of pre-school children in rural areas, the main concern lays in the supports and research of children’s nutritional status and pre-school system which related to their physical fitness. With the emphasis on children improves, the pre-school education of children in rural areas can be clearly divided in two aspects:" three aspects" and " two dimensions."The front one includes the growth and educational environments in school, family and society while " two dimensions " refers to the hardware environment-and software environment. A good design for family education and the educational method to family members both have impacts on children’s growth. The educational environment of school is the supportive education during children’s growth. China has made clear rules and requirements to guide the direction of children’s education. Social education, which can not be ignored, is also affect children’s growth in group and individual. For society offers he education resources settings and awareness popularizing to the children in rural areas.The author takes the opportunity of " The research about the growing status of19children in poor counties in Anhui" to carry out an investigation in Taihu County, which is one of the poverty-stricken counties. From the angle of children’s growth educational environment in Taihu county, the author tries to discover the status quo, the problems exist and to analyze its reasons of children’s growth educational environment in this area to make a tentative proposal for the growth educational environment of the children’s.
